1. Inspection Service Refunds

1.1. Service Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your LOLER inspection service, you can do so at any time before you have dropped off your items in our secure lockers. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
  • If you cancel before dropping off your items, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once your items have been dropped off for inspection, the service is considered to have commenced, and no refunds will be issued.

1.2. Failed Inspections

  • If your equipment fails the LOLER inspection, no refund will be provided, as the inspection service has been completed. However, you will receive a detailed report and recommendations for repair or replacement.


2. Product Returns

2.1. Physical Products (e.g., Replacement Cow Tails)

  • If you purchase a physical product (e.g., replacement cow tails), you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

2.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request or returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items, as well as any item that has been used, are not eligible for return or refund.
